Careers

Hedin Hall compensates associates at or above the national market, depending on a particular associate’s abilities, and also pays associates origination bonuses computed as a percentage of all collections received by the firm on matters the associate originates. There is nothing lock-step about the compensation structure at Hedin Hall. We operate as a meritocracy: those who contribute the most to the success of the firm receive the most compensation for their efforts. We not only encourage but require new associates to “jump in the deep end” and handle significant cases and trial work right from the start. Because we strongly believe federal clerkship experience is the best way to begin a career in litigation, Hedin Hall only considers candidates who have completed a clerkship for a federal district or circuit court of appeals judge.
